Refund policy

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products upon delivery. Any issues with such goods must be reported to Suki within 48 hours of receipt. Requests made after this timeframe will not qualify for return, unless covered explicitly by the product warranty, even in cases of incorrect delivery.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Suki reserves the right to determine whether a refund can be issued.

We retain the right to modify, revoke, or terminate any discount code at our discretion, without prior notice. This includes amending this Policy at any time. Customers are responsible for periodically reviewing this policy for updates and changes.
